New Look for Lanzarote Guidebook website

Lanzarote Guidebook – the in-depth Lanzarote information guide – has relaunched with a stylish new design, a host of great new visuals and much improved site navigation, making it even easier for tourists to gain holiday inspiration, access thousands of pages of information and book unique breaks direct with local companies than ever before.

Lanzarote Guidebook was first launched on-line in 2004 by long term island resident Nick Ball, with the intention of offering comprehensive on-line information for British and Irish holidaymakers for the first time.

“Back then there really weren’t any websites out there providing accurate details and inside local knowledge about Lanzarote for visiting tourists. Independent travel to the island was starting to really take off so we decided to change all that and start our own. (more…)



Lanzarote Guidebook – Winter Edition

The winter edition of the Lanzarote Guidebook is now available as a free download.

Covering the months of December, January and February, it contains information on the forthcoming carnival season as well as the Festival de Musica and all the usual information about the resorts, restaurants and places to visit.

The guide is rounded off with information on opening times and emergency phone numbers, and is distributed free of charge on the island in a handy pocket format, at the information desk on the arrivals level at the airport, for example.

Lanzarote Guidebook – Autumn 2011

The Autumn edition of the Lanzarote Guidebook is now available as a free download and once again it is over 100 pages long!

Covering the months up to November, the guidebook contains information about local events as well as the main attractions on Lanzarote. It also includes maps of the main town centres to help you get around and an “Essentials” section with all the basic information that you are likely to need during your stay.

For each of the main resorts there are ideas for things to do and see, places to eat and of course details of the beaches.

The book also includes a large number of full-page photos, to get you looking forward to your next holiday on the island!
